Connected Communities Funding Application

To help you complete your application for the Black Culture Collective's Connected Communities Small Grants Fund, please download, save and read carefully the application brief via the link below before you start: 
 

You will need to submit a file no more than 3 A4 pages long detailing your project idea and outlinig your budget along with the application form. This will need to be attached to your application form by using the upload file button at the bottom of the application form.

 
Please include your full name, contact information and the name of your organisation at the top of your writen application before submitting it.
